At present, overweight or obese is a problem that all stages of age may face as the
result of eating too much and/or lack of doing exercises. However, many people who
want to lose weight do in the wrong ways that can harm their health. For example,
many believe that drink vinegar can reduce the weight but their stomach is damaged
at the same time too. Therefore, I come up with the site that can help them to control
their weight in the ways that they can not only have a fit body but also a healthy life.
 
HOME PAGE
The first one is about the introduction with typography design which mostly carries the
message to the viewers who visit the site so there is no interaction for this page.
 
KCAL
The second page is about providing information of calories intakes, nutrition facts for each specific kind of food and activities need to be taken to remove those calories calculated in minutes.
 
How it works
1. When click on the icon of specific food
 
2. The table of nutrition will appear which shows specific information of the food and how to reduce those calories by doing exercises.
 
3. The bar will run shows the food calories. From that users can compare calories between foods. 
WEEK
The last page is the menu making for a week. Users can calculate their needed calories for a day and then make their own menu to provide enough nutrition and calories intake that suit them.

2. Click the calculator to calculate the calories intake needed for everyday meals.
