It doesn't look like it, but the water that day was luke warm. Probably because it actually was a hot, humid day with a strong southern wind blowing straight into the beach.
My friends are generally fond of swimming, and they even like it more when there's a sauna around. It can be a cold evening (with people in blankets) but the sauna gives you the warmth and Finnish strengt to jump in the coldest of waters.
Midsummer 2014 was the coldest one I've experienced in my adult life. It was 8 °C (46 °F), so we all had to dig out our winter's clothes. Luckily, it got warmer when the sun came through.

My father, a 70 year old farmer still going strong. I showed this to my mother, she was quiet for a moment and then said "Yes. That's what he looks like. All the time. That's dad as we see him".
My twin brother. On this very day, me, him and our friends had been playing in the waves (huge!), trying to do acrobatic stunts. I accidentally gave him a big bleeding scrath mark on back of his neck, but there's not much Photoshop can't do.
When photographing, I most often like taking pictures of friends, family and people (even though I occasionally appreciate some flowers, landscape or pets). They have all become rather used to me walking around with the camera practically glued to my hand, so they act as if it's not even there. I appreciate the results, as the outcome often shows relaxed people enjoying the summer.
