Packaging Design: VisionTek Generic Memory Inserts

Creation of time- and money-saving generic inserts for all of VisionTek's memory.

When I started working at VisionTek, all of our memory was packed in-house, with each type being in a different box or clamshell, with different, product-specific inserts. All of the inserts were printed, cut, and folded in-house, which was time-consuming and often done quickly, resulting in sloppy work that devalued the product once it reached the consumer's hands. I was tasked with creating two generic inserts that could be used for various types of memory. Doing so would cut production time down and ultimately save money.
Generic inserts created for memory packaged in the small clamshell.
Generic inserts created for memory packaged in the larger clamshell, generally kits with two or more DIMM modules.
