Constructed in anticipation of the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, Hosies Hotel and Richard Beck’s mural design played a prominent part in modernising Melbourne’s cityscape. This small pocket guide was designed to inform locals and tourists of its history and significance in Melbourne. It is the first in a series of guides that aim to uncover hidden histories in Melbourne.
