The Legal Ombudsman is an independent and impartial scheme set up to help resolve legal service disputes.
Whilst working here, I was asked to design and brand their new sub brand, Claims management company - CMCs. It is very important that CMC had their own identity whilst still being recognised as part of the main Legal Ombudsman brand.
