POBLE NOU is one of the neighborhoods of Barcelona that has undergone changes to town planning, a clear example is the famous 22 @ plan, plus speculation in certain areas.
Definitively, my view as a citizen and resident of this neighborhood is to show a group of tourists asking an elderly man: Excuse me, do you know where is Poble Nou? It has changed so much that the essence of all Poble Nou has ceased to exist. Poble Nou is no longer what it was.
It is also a way to protest of Barcelona as city sold to tourism, the famous Barcelona brand, city sold as a product and MADE FOR TOURISTS. That's the real Barcelona.
