"Yo tengo mi escudo"

Summer has always meant lots fun for everybody, especially for children. But it is also the season when the magnitude of UV rays increases.
The long exposure to sunlight (UV rays) can damage health in many ways and cause harmful effects on the skin that may lead to skin cancer later, which in children's case can be very dangerous because their skin is more sensitive.

In a way to help with this problem and raise awareness, this project aims to teach, both parents and children, how to protect their skin from the uv rays in a fun way, so they can still enjoy summer. The name of the Project is “Yo tengo mi escudo” which means they are protected, not only by the multiple tips to prevent skin and health damage, but because they know the problem, and knowledge is a meaningful tool.
