Landscape of Grand Pré
STRATEGIC PLANNING, BRAND, AND WAYFINDING

Balancing stakeholders' needs
In early 2014, Form:Media was contracted by the Landscape of Grand Pré Society, the Municipality of Kings, and the Nova Scotia Tourism Agency to develop a visual identity and wayfinding signage program for the Landscape of Grand Pré, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After consultation and creative development, a visual identity was created. This resulting identity informed our design of all material produced by the Landscape of Grand Pré Society, and all environmental and interpretive signage found within the World Heritage Site.

Through a phased implementation strategy, we created an intuitive visual experience within the Landscape of Grand Pré area, capturing the attention of residents and visitors, and highlighting local points of interest. The entire package included Community Gateway, Indentification, Interpretive, Regulatory, and Wayfinding signage.
