Following a chance dinner and subsequent stay at this charming country hotel, one of our directors was approached to help raise the profile of the business. A glorious location and excellent customer service was not translating into the marketing collateral.
We carried out a brand blueprint workshop to define the brand values, commissioned and art directed photography, built a website, and carried the brand across all the usual touchpoints.
The result…increased profile in the area, improvement in occupancy rates, and a quality brand to match the first class West Wales hospitality.
