FAMILIA is an entry-level range of kitchen products that conciliates the quality and elegance required by modern kitchens with the simplicity and restrictions of low cost products. The result is a range of products with a timeless and functionalist aesthetic.
The project incorporated Mass Customization principles, to reduce the product cost and improve quality. A House style was also defined to ensure coherent product styles and branding across the different price categories.
The Toaster Familia was designed according to the house style of the range, with curved shapes and a tapered design. The large and singular dial is another important element shared between the appliances. The inferior part of the product also counts with a tray that facilitates the removal of any residues.
