I don't think I've ever felt so dissappointed for a design that was rejected for a comission. Nevertheless, I had a ton of fun with this one that it took me less than 24hrs to complete. Once I saw the concept, I figured I had to do it because I have a huge fascination with Halloween! Unfortunately, they were looking for an "ironic" approach towards the quote of the design (which is understandable, if the guidelines were clear).
