Linework finished and beginning with skin tones, working right to left.

Prismacolor blending pencil used for color smoothening. Especially for hair I find it useful for blending various tones and colors together to get the desired effect.

 

Also for fabric textures I use the blending pencil to lightly blending the tones together whilst leaving a little of the detail to come through.

Final tones added.
