I was given the assignment to illustrate a book cover for an already known story. I toyed with a couple of ideas and a couple of concepts but I eventually fell on my favourite story. Roald Dahls James and the giant peach. I created child like illustrations which I felt lended themselves to the story. I hope you enjoy the work as much as I did.
