OPPORTUNITY
Design a beer label and packaging for Gallabrae (Greenville Scottish Games) through Thomas Creek Brewery.
SOLUTION
The goal was to come up with a design for the top half of the label and packaging to be consistent with the rest of Thomas Creek's existing beer designs that also reflected Scottish culture and the tagline "Fearlessly Brewed." Throughout the games, people are dressed in their best Scottish attire–military uniforms included. An older Scottish military veteran was illustrated to convey fearlessness and to reference Scottish culture. The size of his mustache is exaggerated to keep the design playful to allude to all the fun that is had at this annual event.
