A limited edition giclee print of 50 based on organic forms and primitive plant forms. Spore was part of an ongoing project that looked at microscopic forms and re-interpreting them. The print was a giclee printed on acid -free paper and limited to 50. This series complemented an earlier series again based on spores. This first run of prints had unique and slightly different compositions to each other, as there was space in each print to add extra hand-drawn additions.

The series was called spore because the work concerned reproduction and generation, small identities, invisibility as an individual but - as a mass - capable of fertilising and giving rise to new generations of forms, ideas, concepts, work, things, organisms....life! I was inspired by the forms of capsules on the moss I saw growing on a window sill.
