A just-for-fun project
I decided to model one of my favorite commercial airliners to teach myself more about Luxology modo.
I first modeled the aircraft proportionately. Have to establish the rules before you break them!
Then I scaled and adjusted various parts of the model to create a more "pudgy" look and feel.
Then I applied some quick textures and maps.
But I just wasn't happy with the proportions, so I pushed the engines and trucks to the max!
Now that's more like it!
