Mulhall's Nursery - Father's Day E-Mail Ad
An email ad sent out to subscribers advertising gift ideas for Father's Day. The concept came from my thinking of how Father's often have hobbies that they maybe take a little too seriously, so I wanted to juxtapose more professional sounding titles with amateur status descriptors. This was also a great way to show that even though the store is most known as being a gardening store, and typically more appealing to women, they also sell a variety of other products that would appeal to a larger demographic.
Photographs (other than the stock image of a bearded man) were all taken by myself in store. These kinds of ads were often assigned with a day or two to complete along with all my other regular duties, so I would have to come up with ideas, find the products that would be good for the ad, and find locations in and around the store that could make good scenes to set up a small photo shoot.
