The logo was based firstly on the island shape (triangular) and secondly the idea of Prism. According to the information provided, the museum collections include artworks by artists such as Matisse, Miro, Picasso, Morali etc. As well some of the exhibits of museums are rocks of volcanic origin, fossils of vertebrates and invertebrates, valuable collections of Byzantine culture etc.
In short, Lesvos through museums that exist on this, collects different kinds of exhibits and offers the culture and knowledge.
