Haydn was asked by Shield Plumbing Ltd to produce a brand new logo design for their professional plumbing service in Shepperton, Surrey, UK.
The company wanted a logo that represents them in a dynamic and professional way, and how their plumbing would protect anyone from water problems and damage. The logo shows a strong and metallic shield, protecting itself, and also whoever’s behind it, from the water.
It was a fantastic project to work towards, which Haydn very much enjoyed.
You can see the water bouncing off the shield, which effectively showcases how their plumbing can sort any water problems that you’ve got.
The logo was firstly developed in the sketchbook, working out the composition and ideas, whilst the final artwork was produced in Adobe Illustrator. Haydn was also asked to produce a drawing of the logo, that was produced with the trusted pencil and drawing pad, and scanned and edited in Adobe Photoshop.
