Vietnam 1954 - 1975 features the collection of Dato' N Parameswaran. The effort in developing a collection commenced while he was Malaysia's ambassador to Vietnam from 1990 to 1993, but the work of systematically documenting and cataloguing began years later through Ms Charmian Chelvam (BA Hons., NUS).
