We were approached by one of the main restaurant holding companies in Kazakhstan with a task of defining a new restaurant. At the time we knew only about the architectural vision of the building, the restaurant’s aim at fine dining and that cuisine would gravitate towards East. Not seeking to recreate oriental kitsch, East restaurant renders itself as a modern space surrounded by a newly build business centre and Ritz Carlton Hotel.
