A collection of all the foods I can't eat, due to IBS
The brief was to design and curate an exhibition based around a collection for the Tank at the Design Museum, which is situated outside the Museum on the South Bank. My collection was based on all the foods I can't eat, due to a condition called IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) The 134 items were shown through screens within the tank itself, as well as a interactive plate on the wall facing the cafe. The catalogue displayed the collection through the photographs, as well as the recipes for both the normal ingredients as well as the alternative.

I wanted to get across that there are alternatives for all of the foods, and it isn't as hard as it may seem. This personal project highlighted the condition of IBS, and I wanted to educate and inform those who are unfamiliar with the condition.
