Golestan is the biggest tea producer in the Middle East. They were looking for a produt to play the role of an icon in their branding. We in CanDo Design Lab decided to use the shape of the old traditional tea glass in Persia and Ottoman as a symbol for them. Then, we increased the size to adapt it to new trends in the market and added a handle. On the handle we made a cut. This cut works as a lock to stop the rope of the tea bag to jump into the tea when the user filling water into the glass. In the bottom, it has a compartment which can attach to the main body with a magnet. As you can see in the presentation. It gives an awesome function to the tea to hold the snack from kitchen to sofa and holding the tea bag afterward.
