ACreativeDC (blog) recently announced a contest via instagram — To draw your favorite sandwich and submit (or post to their instagram feed, then they pic their top 10) and win a free sandwich. My fave is the pulled pork found at Shaw's Tavern in Shaw, DC.

 

Execution: sketched on paper, scanned, and then brought into Illustrator to colorize using a wacom tablet.
