Arts Illiana Summer Exib. Postcard
This is a small 6"x 4" postcard mailer I created for the Summer Exhibition of a small non-profit art promotion company in Terre Haute, IN. Due to the small size I decided on using Cyan and a bright Yellow on a Black background to make the design pop to catch the viewers attention. The addition of a little White as well as Cyan also created a good amount of contrast for the text.
Arts Illiana is somewhat of a "less modern" business. After many years of receiving mailers in this style some viewers begin to loose interest a bit. Due to this, I decided to go with a more modern looking design just to change things up a bit and hopefully revive their attention.
