Radiohead — Fitter Happier

Based on Ok Computer's Radiohead album 7th track 'Fitter Happier' (1997). This song is entirely sung by an artificially generated voice. All this project was made using a laser cutting machine and pictures from Shutterstock of differents artificials and purchasables moments in life.

Inspired by Sam Steele sayings about the song :
'Fitter Happier', a poem, is placed strategically at the middle of the record. The curiously spookily voiced synthesiser intones a stream of received imagery: scraps of media information, interspersed with lifestyle ad slogans and private prayers for a healthier existence. It is the hum of a world buzzing with words, one of the messages seeming to be that we live in such a synthetic universe we have grown unable to detect reality from artifice: even our own emotions have become obscured by technology.
