Posters for the plays of the 2014-2015 season in Teatro de La Abadía. The project's art direction has its focus on the photographic approach. Each play is represented by a picture chosen amongst a serie of artists carefully curated. The pictures do not look for similarity with the scenery, the characters or any other element of the performance, they rather try to provide one point of view of the play and text's general atmosphere. For each play, the proposal aims at stimulating the audience own interpretation.
Photographers (in order of appearance): Pablo Serret de Ena, Iñaki Domingo, Víctor Garrido, Fernando Maselli, Tatjana Schlör, Miguel Ángel Tornero, Olmo González Moriana, Luis Espinheira, Cristóbal Hara and Federico Clavarino for the trilogy of Greek tragedies.

Beside the main plays in the former church, Teatro de la Abadía also offers a wide range of spectacles in El Corral de Comedias, an open-air theatre built in 1601 with a great tradition of classical plays.
