The moving illustrations is a satirical and sarcastic reflection of bystander effects injected into the victim. Many of which are the considerations, the hesitations and fears of why people chose not to lend a helping hand, despite the crucial situation faced.
Victim: Kitty Genovese
Though the eyes are the window to othe soul, but the soul has been inhumanified - 38 witnesses did not step forward to stop the killing of kitty genovese.
Victim: Wang Yue
Two years old Wang Yue was left on the street for 17 minutes after two transportation trucks ran over her. 18 people passed by her but did nothing.
