Color of Faith is a program working with places of worship to use art as a tool to talk about spiritual faith, build community, and foster relationships with people of different faith. One of the partnering sites, Rosh Pina Messianic Jewish Synagogue, wanted to focus their community building on creating artwork that would share their beliefs and intrigue passing commuters. The wheelchair ramp is at the front of the building and was a natural space to create a weaving of the congregational verse: Psalm 118:22 "The very stone the builder's rejected has become the cornerstone."
