Eye Magazine - Personal Feature

Eye, the international review of graphic design, is a quarterly printed magazine about graphic design and visual culture. For a school project we were to design a feature of ourselves on Eye. The outcome should demonstrate who we are as designers and embrace our aesthetic vision.

Below is my submission for this project.
I once read somewhere that “we are, as a species, addicted to stories. Even when the body goes to sleep, the mind stays up all night, telling itself stories” and I am, after all, only human. As it goes, I call myself a story teller. Sometimes I tell other people’s stories; other times, stories of my own. Sometimes I tell these stories with words; other times, with images. Either way, I’d like to think of the works I have produced as a flow of narrative that grows as time goes by. They tell the story of how I am learning to be confident in my own skin and to be honest with whatever I have to say, whether it is a short story, a film, or even an advertising project.

I don’t know if this story in which i belong would have a happy ending, but I hope it’d at least turn out to be a well-rounded one, with just as many ups as there are downs, and a climax worth waiting for.
Hope you enjoyed. All feedbacks are appreciated.
