ZMK’s team restored this five story, single family Waverly Place townhouse including the existing landmark façade. New structural steel and wood framing provided a base for the installation of new and beautifully restored existing wood flooring. The existing staircase, woodwork, and trim were also restored along with the original fireplaces with updated stone surrounds. Where necessary, new plaster moldings and wood trim were installed.
The large kitchen was updated with custom designed and installed kitchen cabinetry. Custom millwork throughout the residence creates a contemporary feel, mixing old and new materials. All bathrooms were renovated with custom glass and tile work, along with modern fixtures. New MEP systems were designed and installed throughout the residence.
