Colecção Vampiro

This project can be resumed by saying it was a publishing challenge. Along side we had to create a new brand and then have it publicized on their books.

The logo was B&W because the brand specialised in detective stories from the 80’s/90’s.

The logo could be use in many different ways as follows:
The book chosen for this assignment was Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express. As the brand was B&W the covers would also be B&W. The very special feature that you can’t see with this kind of exposition is that the blank squares that you see on the cover they were actual holes.

What was funny about this is that you would see the cover with the image complete because the first page of the book had the missing squares from the front. :) how awesome is that?!

The same applies for the back and sides.

The idea of the squares came from the logo which was contained in one square it self as you can see above.
