VLC Media Player Redesign Concept

First of all the design is done without any permissions from the Videolan asso. or other Authorities in case of requirments. I am a 18 year old boy from India and I have no professional experience in desiging or programming. I done this with Adobe Photoshop CS6 on a Widnows 7 PC as a time pass work. I am working on an advanced design concept of VLC which will look far more better than this one I promise. The design requires lots of improvements and I hope you people will help me to be a good designer.
