Addition and attic space conversion
This was designed for a client who wanted to convert the attic into a liveable space. To accomplish this, we neeeded to take out closets in some of the existing bedrooms downstairs. We decided to add an additional bedroom downstairs to incorporate the change in closet spaces.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: These plans were designed to allow for stages in the construction project. The house was being lived in while the construction was to take place. The stages allowed for the owner to float the cost of the project over many years.
