Green Rooms - Eco-friendly hotel

Project context:
Branding and graphic material promoting the concept of an international chain of 'green' business hotels. The following pieces centre around the London hotel; the Folium Building.
Brochure:
This brochure would be delivered to the external relations deparment of large international businesses to showcase what Green Rooms can offer. Both in terms of accommodation and meeting/conference spaces. These businesses can enjoy first-class facilities and city views whilst improving their brand reputation for being environmentally conscious. In line with the Green Room's environmental ethos, the square size allows for more economical printing. It would also be printed onto Cyclus recycled paper using soy and vegetable-based inks.

The photography used within the item is my own. With the hotel being only a concept, locations were carefully selected to match the company's proposed market position and taget audience.

The Folium Space is a large room at the highest point of the building wherein large conferences can be held. It's glass dome exterior allows for spectacular views of the City. The hexagonal window frames mirror the iconic hexagon's of the brand. These were edited on top of my own photo of the London skyline to show how the room would look in practice.
Website:
A basic website design, showcasing how the brand would be adjusted for online platforms.

Animated homepage design. Hexagons would alternate between the different shades of the green brand colours.
Infographic:
An infogrpahic promoting the eco-features of the Folium Building in London.

Development of building illustration/mockups.
