Environment - UDK Jungle Scene

An environment made initially using mobile assets
After the completion of my first level in UDK (for the iPhone), I had become a lot more proficient at using the tools on offer.
This area only took me two days to finish from concept to completion.

Since then, and after I finished my Underwater Scene, I came back to this project and added a lot more foliage, grass and custom meshes as well as going through and optimising the existing assets for visual impact and performance.
The high-poly statue model created in ZBrush.The normals were baked down onto a low-poly version.
A breakdown of the Amazonian Lily and Thick Fern assets - their textures, real-time preview and wireframes.
The textures used in this Jungle scene were created from scratch by myself - except for three of the SpeedTree sets and the ground/rock colour images which were altered from stock photos.
