This was a team project to produce and propose several design solution
to solve and enhance several of Threadless marketing touch points.

The problems are:
- Unfairness in their voting system where under-appreciated artistes get under publicise too often,
demoralising them in continuing as they are stuck in the vicious circle.

- Some designers join Threadless just for the monetary rewards instead of socialising and mingling with other through Threadless. This defeats Threadless main goal which is to build a community centric

Thus, we conceptualised solutions to tackle these problem respectively:
Solution 1
· A randomiser recommendations bar
· Staff picks – Design chosen by the staff daily
· A daily jackpot – Displays a unique designs randomly everyday
This allow more outlet for underexposes designers to be showcase and publicise. Allowing them to have the equal opportunities to be voted for. This also benefits the community because they are presented with more varieties.
Solution 2
· Creating an achievement base community with badges and titles that they can win.
· Credit system where voter can gain “coins” for each winning vote that they can accumulate

By doing so it affirms the community’s effort and contributions while giving a better reason for them to participate in Threadless instead of just focusing on monetary rewards.
