Demitasse packaging was designed to complement a conceptual cupcake store. The design reflects the brand identity of Demitasse; a food experience of cupcakes baked and served in ceramic cups. The cardboard packaging, which highlights three individual flavors and a group of four, reflects the raw surfaces of the store. An abstracted cup forms the shape of the boxes and allows for easier removal of the cupcake. Each cupcake flavor, baked in a unique ceramic cup with a unique color of icing, has these two elements of identity indicated on the packaging. Finally, a matching colored sticker ensures your capcake will travel safely home fresh from Demitasse bakery.
