The Music, for 140 Years
Illustration for the 140th Anniversary of Liszt Academy
I’ve made this illustration for the 140th Anniversary of Liszt Academy. The concept is built on the visual apprehensibility of music: music notes on staff paper move around to finally draw the emblematic façade of the Liszt Academy’s main building on Liszt Ferenc Square. The concept and the elements of the identity are created by Allison Group, I made the illustration of the façade.

A short animation was made based on the graphic for the anniversary. The creative producer of the spot was Allison Group commissioned by the Communications Directorate of the Liszt Academy headed by Imre Szabó Stein, and the production was carried out by the BPAnimation Studio. The soundtrack features an excerpt from Liszt’s Un sospiro concert étude in D flat major performed by Gergely Bogányi, who will also make his appearance at the opening gala of the festive concert series.
