As the name implies, ACL Holdings is a holdings company with three subsidiaries, namely Archive-it, Custodial Services and Lacho Freight. The client requested that a brand is developed to distinguish between ACL Holdings and its subsidiaries. The logo below shows three distinct and seperate strands emerging from the bottom and being transformed into similar looking strands at the top. The three strands depict the three seperate business units with different characteristics which are merged under one entitiy, ACL Holdings. The paralel direction depict unity of purpose under share goals and values.
