The design utilizes a Spring themed direction. One appropriate design element is the use of SASE's specified color green. I also chose to use a version of the logo in a similar color green, obtained through the SASE connect website. 

The illustration on the front is of a terrarium within a beaker in similar style as the SASE logo. The terrarium not only adds to the design theme but is also used as a metaphor: Terrariums create a unique environment for plant growth much like how the SASE organization creates a unique way for its members to grow and "achieve their full career potential."
