Coats of Arms

Various commercial illustrations for several companies based on interpretations of original coats of arms and logotypes.
The main task was to keep the recognition using the original images and similar color schemes.

PAHONIA

T-shirt/hoody print for belarusian clothing label Stigmata style. The illustration is based on the «Pahonia», an old coat of arms of Belarus from 1991 to 1995.

The coat of arms of the Belarusian Democratic Republic in 1918 and of the Republic of Belarus from 1991 to 1995.

The Pahonia consists of a white (silver) charging knight on a red field of the heraldic shield.

SAINT-PETERSBURG UNIVERSITY OF STATE FIRE SERVICE OF THE MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF RUSSIA

Commercial work for TRAFARET design studio. The illustration is based on the original logotype of Saint-Petersburg University of State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

RUSFAN

Commercial illustration for russian fan association Rusfan. The illustration is based on the original company logo. The main elements are a two-headed bear and a shield with the lettering.

KIYV

Commercial print for Zaporojec Heritage clothing label. The first part of a 2-part series. The illustration is based on the archangel from the original coat of arms of Kyiv.

In the final work original branding lettering was used.

The coat of arms of Kiev features the Archangel Michael, wielding a flaming sword and a shield on an azure field.

CRIMEA

Commercial print for Zaporojec Heritage clothing label. The second part of a 2-part series. The illustration is based on the silver gryphon from the original coat of arms of Kyiv. In the final work original branding lettering was used.

The coat of arms consists of a red Varangian shield and a silver griffin passant facing to the heraldic right with an azure pearlin its right paw. On either sides of the shield are a white pillar.
