Communication Objective
Raise general awareness about the rights and freedoms of homosexuals. Specifically to accept and respect the rights of same-sex couples in direct relation to the same legal rights as heterosexual couples.
 
Problem
Costa Rica is a confessional state, whose official religion is Roman Catholic, where marriage or civil unions between same-sex couples are not recognized.
 
Target Audience
Heterosexual men and women, who are indifferent to this social issue.
 
Message Tone
The message should be direct and should motivate a healthy, political discussion that will encourage the government to promote and approve a law legalizing the union of same-sex couples.
