This is a typography specimen for the 'new' typeface Inglewood (Jeanne Moderno) for superstar and model Tyra Banks.
Banks is expanding her career into the world of typography and is funding the creation of a new type foundry. This specimen is showcasing one of the seven debut typefaces Banks is offering. The specimen is made imitating a fashion designers fabric swatch book. This was to reference tyra's involvement in the fashion industry, The entire specimen is screenprinted by hand using three colours; white, black and magenta. It is also entirely hand cut using crimping scissors. it is bound using printer's posts through coloured card provideing a solid holding when browsing the publication.
