AL-iOS app is a self initiated project. The goal was to get an in-depth knowledge and hands on experience on the UXD process.
 
Project Goals: 
 
-Conceptualize a product based on the user needs. Find an innovative approach to solve a problem. 
-Do an in-depth research to answer Why, What and How will the design potentially solve the problem.
-Interview and survery people to build personas (Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi)
-Perform industry research and create competitive analysis.
-Create User flows both Low-Fi and Hi-Fi 
-Use the content to perform card sort and create taxtonomy which would help build the Information Architecture. 
-Create Content Strategy 
-Wireframes sketches and paper prototypes (PoP Prototype: https://popapp.in/w/projects/5523ee305052e5855520e32b/mockups) to develop navigation of the system.
-Create High-Fidility and annotated wireframes and Prototype (Tools- Omnigraffle and Invision)
-Perform Usibility and I/A testing. 
-Learn to empathize and communicate with Developer
-Iterate and build prototype using Invision

After doing research, interviews, personas, competitive analysis and user flows I performed a card sort exercise with users and created taxonomy based on the results which informed my site map
