Test groups show that kids love "branded mascots" and they respond to characters who appear warm, fun, engaging and age-appropriate. Beloved characters are positive representatives of a brand and its parent company throughout childhood. Chili's has embraced the Pepper Pals for over 15 years but, to stand the test of time the characters and program have gone through several style and layout changes. The samples below show what the characters evolved into under my creative leadership.
