Cheers - Brand Identity

Cheers is a 24-hour convenience store that caters to a diverse group of customers from
different walks of life including the young and trendy, students and working professionals who
lead active and busy lifestyles. It was officially launched in 1998 and has since expanded
to over 140 outlets situated across Singapore at possible convenient locations.
Our brand identity can be easily recognized with this element in our logo.
We started off the logo with circles and the letter “C”.
We chose the two colours to represent our brand identity. The colour yellow depicts
the warmth and friendliness of the brand, while the orange reflects the enthusiasm and excitement.
With these two colours combined, it will together represent a warm and friendly feel of the brand.
For the typeface of the logo, I adjusted the typeface
and some of the sharp edges to uphold a friendlier and rounder look.
To ensure that our signature logo is available in all applications, surround them
with sufficient clear space of 0.75cm, free of type, graphics, and other elements
that might cause visual clutter to maximize the recognition and impact of our identity.
