This concept was designed because of the embarrassment and discomfort that countless people feel when they enter a psychiatric clinic. Nobody likes the feeling of having to explain to the person at the desk why they’re there. Don’t you ever wish you could skip that whole part and go straight to your appointment without having to communicate with a single person prior to that? This is what this kiosk is for. It allows the patient to schedule and reschedule all of his appointments at his own convenience without having to talk to someone about it first.
