This was a collaboration project between UNICEF and Parsons students Galit Lurya, Joo-Hee Yun, and myself. The problem we are trying to solve is the lack of health and nutrition education of women, caregivers, family and community members in rural Tanzania. The Rainbow Nutrition System is a color-coded nutrition toolkit which is visual, educational and localized leveraging local markets, radio, and mobile devices to disseminate information and incentivize behavior changes.
