THE CULTURE INSTITUTE

Culture is the heart, mind and soul of the organization–it’s essence. The Culture Institute is a platform for visualizing that culture, and understanding a team or organization–and Dr. Simon Sagmeister is the guy behind all of it. When we first met Simon he was working on the proposal for his book, and needed pretty much everything for his new endeavor. So, together we developed the name and identity system, and built a toolkit of patterns, diagrams, and animations–all inline with the strategy and brand guidelines we created. Information and complex concepts are presented clearly and often with supporting visuals. Color is used sparingly, but always intentionally and systematically. Not surprisingly, a year later Simon is working with Fortune 500 companies across the globe, and has offices in Zurich and New York City. Not bad.
